Hello Swim Families! With the start of the school, we also start swimming!!

Our Fall Learn-to-Swim program will run from September 9 through September 19 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. There are 2 sessions: 5:30-6:15pm and 6:30pm to 7:15pm. We are looking for middle school and high school swimmers to help! Please let Liz know if your swimmer would be interested in helping! Register at https://ccacswimming.weebly.com

Out Stroke Clinics are scheduled for October. There are 5 weeks:
Freestyle Week: Monday September 30 – Thursday October 3
Backstroke Week: Monday October 7 – Thursday October 10
Breaststroke Week: Monday October 14 – Thursday October 17
Butterfly Week: Monday October 21 – Thursday October 24
Starts and Turns Week: Monday October 28 – Wednesday October 30 No practice on October 31
The cost is $20 per week or $80 for all 5 weeks.

CCAC’s Winter 2024-2025 Swim Season starts on Monday November 4! The season will run through the beginning of March. We offer 2 practices sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Session 1 is 5:30-6:30pm for less experienced swimmers; Session 2 is 6:30pm -8:00pm for more experienced swimmers. Swimmers may swim up or down a session based on parental communication, and Coach Liz’s discretion. Swim meets will be mostly on Saturdays likely starting in January, but I don’t have the full information for that yet. The cost is $160 for 1 swimmer, $300 for 2 swimmers, and $420 for 3 swimmers. Our Parents Meeting is on Monday November 4 at 6pm in the Middle School library.

We will be running our Bason’s Coffee Fundraiser this fall. It will likely start in October and end on November 13. I will post order forms here and plan to have some available on deck too.
