Hello Swim families! Our Winter Season is right away the corner and I have some important information for you.

Practice times

Practice start on Monday November 4 and will continue until Thursday February 20.

Elementary school aged swimmers: 5:30-6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings

Middle school aged swimmers: 5:30-7:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings

All registrations due by December 7. You may register online at ccacswimming.weebly.com or in person. All payments are physically handled, there is no online payment option at this time. It is $160 for 1 swimmer, $300 for 2, and $420 for 3.

Practice reminders

All swimmers are expected to be able to get in the pool by the start of practice.

All swimmers are expected to show respect to the coaches and to each other.

A board member will be at the door to let swim families in from 5:20-5:35pm ONLY. The school district requires all outside doors to be locked at all times. If the swimmer arrives early, they will have to wait, if the swimmer arrives after 5:35pm, s/he will be unable to get in.

NEW TO WINTER SEASON: Parents are NOT ALLOWED to be in the pool area during practice, including the balcony. You may wait in the hallway or leave and come back. Coaches Liz and Nash are lifeguards, you child will be safe. Additionally, I have parental contact information available to the coaches and attending board member(s) on deck should anything happen and we need to contact you. This policy was started during our summer season.

If you need to talk with a coach, you must do that before or after practice, or you can contact Coach Liz through text or phone.

Special Dates

The Parent Meeting is scheduled for November 7th. We will be handing out our Coffee Fundraiser, providing information about CCAC Gear, Meet Sheets, and many other things.

There will be NO practice from Wednesday November 27 through Monday December 2 to accommodate Thanksgiving.

Tuesday December 3 will be Mock Meet, you need to attend this practice and yes, for Mock Meet, you will be allowed on deck. We actually need you on deck for Mock Meet.

There are NO practices the week of Christmas break.

The first practice of the New Year will be January 2.

There may be an optional practice on January 3.
